Job Summary:

    The Inventory Manager leads the inventory team in handling all policy/procedures as it relates to inventory control and is the point of contact for all reporting and internal and external auditors.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversees inventory team.
    • Monitors inventory for organization and supervises efficient working of staff according to company policies and prepares accurate records for all physical inventory.
    • Provides training to inventory team and monitors all special requests and assists to minimize cost in inventory.
    • Develops and maintains excellent working conditions and facilitates effective team performance.
    • Monitors all operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to all departmental standards and objectives.
    • Coordinates with cross functional teams to identify obsolete inventory and count discrepancies.
    • Prepares appropriate reports for all inventory requirements.
    • Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Must be able to work under minimal direct supervision and be willing to take initiative to resolve problems and to help revise and upgrade processes.
    • 5+ year’s related experience (warehousing, supply chain, inventory control).
    • 3+ year’s supervisory experience,
    • Leadership and management.
    • Verbal and written communication.
    • Organizational and logistics skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Problem solving & proactive critical thinking.
    • Highly proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
    • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, or when requested.
